ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled by Buyer without penalty by
writing received by ATLC by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the second business day following
receipt of the order. During the five (5) business days thereafter, orders (including both single
and staggered delivery) cancelled by Buyer will incur a cancellation fee of 1/3 (33.33%) of the
total purchase price. Thereafter, Buyer will be responsible for payment of the full price of the
order. By placing an order, Buyer accepts and agrees to ATLC’s cancellation policy.
