Sterling, Va, November 19, 1997 – Today, Antenna Technologies Limited Company Corporation announced the acquisition of Antennaco, a leading provider of antennas for wireless communications. Antenna Technologies Limited Company also announced that all Antennaco products will continue to be sold under the Antennaco™ brand name.
Currently based in New Hampshire, all operations will be moved to Antenna Technologies Limited Company ’s facilities in Sterling, Virginia. Joe Reisert, President of Antennaco will remain with Antenna Technologies Limited Company as a technical consultant. “It was a difficult decision for me to abandon my pursuit of making Antennaco one of the premier antenna companies in the US, but, doing so will allow me the opportunity to focus primarily on antenna design. We are most proud of the fact that Antennaco’s antennas have met or exceeded customer needs in such diverse environments as Wall Street and the Arctic and continue to do so worldwide.
